Here you will learn the names of the strings and how to tune your cello!
When looking down at your cello, the strings go in order of thickest string to thinnest and the names are C, G, D, and A.
You can also see here, that there are other parts of the cello including the scroll, the tuning pegs, the fingerboard, the fine-tuners, the F hole, the bridge, the end stopper also known as the end pin, and of course, the strings C, G, D, and A. The fine tuners help make minor tuning adjustments. The pegs are for major tuning. The pegs are much harder to use and if you have to use them, make sure someone that knows what they are doing helps you.
